Shivani Pandya

Founder, Director Emeritus

Shivani CM ‘18 is from Sugar Land, Texas. Her interest in people and podcasts led her to start Free Food for Thought in early 2016. On campus, Shivani was also Technology/Data Manager of the Rose Institute of State and Local Government. In her free time, Shivani enjoys watching her beloved Packers win, reading books about World War II, and watching anything created by Joss Whedon and Aaron Sorkin.

Nathaniel Worley

DIRECTOR

Nathaniel is a junior at CMC majoring in Government and Public Policy with a Leadership Studies sequence. Born in Dallas, his favorite podcast is My Brother, My Brother and Me, but Radiolab and This American Life are close seconds. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing guitar, and leather craft - all while listening to a podcast.

Hans Kasim

Hans is a senior from Jakarta, Indonesia studying Economics and Philosophy. Currently, his favourite podcast is "Beautiful Stories from Anonymous People" which he particularly likes due to its anonymous concept. On campus, intramural sports has become Hans' second life - where he competes in multiple sports and also works a referee for CMS Recreation.

Marshall is a senior from Darien, Connecticut. Currently, Marshall is pursuing a dual degree in Government and History. Besides Free Food For Thought, Marshall's favorite podcast is The Economist Asks. On campus, Marshall is also a research assistant at the Rose Institute of State and Local Government. In his free time, Marshall enjoys golfing, listening to podcasts, and watching college football.


Justin Ongchin

Justin is from the San Francisco Bay Area and is a junior at CMC studying economics and philosophy. An avid podcast listener, you can catch him listening to the Lex Fridman Podcast, Andrew Huberman Podcast, or The Portal by Eric Weinstein. In his free time, he enjoys anything from reading to hiking to playing tennis.
